Shipping Policy for Sage Creek Botanicals

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities to serve customers internationally in the future.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 2-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days (where available)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey to you.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Damage
Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Sage Creek Botanicals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your shipment and arranging for secure delivery if you will not be home.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping outside of Canada. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
